Nelson Hydro currently has one staff member responsible for making personal calls to our clients regarding overdue accounts. This staff person can make upwards of a 100 calls per week and with the growing needs of our organization and the advancement of voice-activated technology, Nelson Hydro has decided to move forward with an automated caller for over-due accounts.
The automated call dialer will ONLY be used for the purpose of contacting Nelson Hydro customers to advise them of an over-due account.

There may be a few wrinkles to iron out in the first few months as we test out our new product, and we thank you for your patience as we sort these items out.
If, at any time, our customers wish to verify or update the information we have on file, they can call our Customer Service Representatives at 250-352-8206.
It is important that we have your correct information on file and that we are contacting you by the phone number that you would prefer. If you would prefer to be notified via a secondary number, please ensure we have this information. Please note, that if we can leave a message on the number specified we will not call any other numbers on your file.
We are also currently planning an upgrade to our Nelson Hydro account software scheduled for late 2019, which will give our customers access to their accounts online and provide you more options on how you receive your Nelson Hydro bills.
